Edgar Palomino is currently working as a Workforce Advisory Services Analyst at Press Ganey and a Workplace Culture Research and Insights Specialist at Call for Culture ™. Previously, Edgar has experience working as a Dispatch Coordinator at Motorola Solutions and as a Graduate Assistant at Elmhurst University where Edgar managed the Tyrell Fitness Center and Weight Room. Edgar also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern at The Menta Group. Edgar holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Aurora University.
