Jessica Humphrey

Jessica Humphrey is an experienced Product Manager at Call Journey, where responsibilities include leading the development of a next-generation customer experience analytics product suite since September 2021. In addition, Jessica owns Jessica Morgan Consulting, a role started in January 2021, and serves as Director at Fighting Lyons since April 2018. Previously, Jessica held the position of Communications Manager at TLC for Kids from September 2014 to November 2020, managing internal and external communications for various programs and events. Earlier experience includes roles as Marketing & Communications Coordinator at Zoom Internet Marketing and Media and Communications Coordinator in different settings. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Melbourne and VCE from Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School.
