Duncan Harding is an experienced professional in employee experience and organisational development, currently serving as the Employee Experience Lead at Callaghan Innovation since October 2020. In this role, Duncan is accountable for leading the employee experience road map and developing innovative people products, while also managing a team of coaches to implement agile working methodologies. Prior to this, Duncan acted as Head of People and worked as an Organisational Learning Advisor, focusing on capability growth through learning programmes. Duncan's extensive background includes a national role as Transformation Lead at NZEI Te Riu Roa, where responsibilities involved delivering transformation strategies and fostering innovative practices. Duncan holds a Master of Architecture and a National Certificate in Adult Education and Training, complemented by a Bachelor of Architecture.
