Nigel Ross

Nigel Ross is a highly experienced Research and Development Specialist with a strong background in materials science, particularly focused on titanium and magnesium alloys. Currently at Callaghan Innovation since May 2017, Nigel serves as both a Research Scientist in the Metals and Ceramics team and a Research and Development Advisor for the Research and Development Tax Incentive team. Previous positions include Scientist at Robinson Research Institute and LKR Leichtmetallkompetenzzentrum Ranshofen GmbH, as well as Research Scientist at Industrial Research Ltd. Nigel holds a PhD in Magnesium Alloys from Deakin University, a Master of Engineering in Materials Engineering from the University of Wollongong, and a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from the same institution.
