Rafael Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in funding engagement, business innovation, and engineering. Currently serving as a Funding Engagement Specialist at Callaghan Innovation since July 2022, Rafael also facilitates the CO.STARTERS program at Auckland University of Technology. Previously co-founding ARA ATU Ltd. and holding roles such as Customer Manager - Digital at Callaghan Innovation and Business and Innovation Advisor at Auckland Tourism, Events & Economic Development, Rafael has a proven track record in project leadership and innovative solutions. With a strong engineering background, including positions as a Process Control Systems Engineer and Consulting Engineer, Rafael combines technical expertise with entrepreneurial spirit, underpinned by a Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Engineering from Auckland University of Technology.
