Rusvelt Gari is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Callaway Resort & Gardens since June 2024, Rusvelt has previously held roles as Complex Director of Engineering at Mainsail Lodging & Development and Director of Engineering at Marriott International, where responsibilities included overseeing significant renovations, managing guest room and banquet space, and implementing advanced building management systems. Earlier positions at White Lodging Services and Intercontinental Hotel Buckhead further demonstrated Rusvelt's expertise in engineering management, team development, and proficient contract negotiation. Rusvelt holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Camaguey, earned between 1987 and 1992.
