Horace Jones has a diverse work experience in the field of systems administration and hardware maintenance. Horace started their career as a Technician at Entre Computer in 1987, and then moved on to work as an Account Customer Engineer at IBM from 1988 to 1996, performing hardware maintenance on various types of IBM and OEM hardware. Horace then joined SDDPC in 1996 as a Unix Systems Administrator, responsible for supporting AIX workstations and servers. Since 2000, Horace has been working at Callaway Golf as a Principal Systems Administrator, where they played a key role in the successful conversion of the in-house SAP Hana from AIX/Power to x86/Linux. Horace also provided support for a diverse hardware and software environment. Throughout their career, Horace has demonstrated strong technical skills in configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware.

Horace Jones obtained a High School Diploma in General Studies from Madison High in 1983. Later, from 1983 to 1987, they pursued a degree in A.S. Digital and Computer Electronics at Southwestern Community College.
