Paul Solomon

Paul Solomon is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in electrical engineering and project management. Currently serving as Equipment Engineering Manager at Callaway Golf since March 2018, Paul has held various roles including Senior Electrical Engineer and Electrical Engineer within the company. Prior to this, Paul worked at ExxonMobil Pipeline Co. from August 2013 to October 2017, contributing as an Electrical Field Engineer and leading multiple capital projects exceeding $1M while ensuring compliance with design guidelines and industry standards. Early experience includes an internship as a Field Electrical Engineering Intern at ExxonMobil and as an Engineering Intern at GE Aviation Systems. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University, awarded in 2013.
