As a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the field of business administration and human resources, I am passionate about creating positive and productive work environments for both employees and clients alike. My name is Jose A. Carrero, Jr and I am proud to currently serve as the Director of Human Resources at CallCore Media, where I have found my "work" home.

Throughout my tenure at CallCore Media, I have gained a wealth of experience in various roles, including Call Center Agent, Quality Assurance Agent, Assistant Quality Assurance Manager, Call Center Production Manager, Office Manager, and Human Resource Manager. This diverse range of experience has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the industry and the skills necessary to succeed in it.

As the Director of Human Resources, I am responsible for managing the company's federal, state, and local employee laws and requirements, as well as Employee Benefit management. I am also responsible for working closely with Contract Review, Onboarding, TCPA Compliance, Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, and Client Relations. My ability to adapt to change and willingness to take on new challenges has been instrumental in my success at CallCore Media.
