Jelle Vanhoorne

Jelle Vanhoorne is a Reporting Assistant at Callexcell. Jelle has been with Callexcell since January 2017 and in their current role, is responsible for designing ETL processes based on business requirements. These processes extract data from various operational systems (call center software, WFM tools, CRM tools, etc.) and store it in a data warehouse. Jelle also defines business rules and builds reports on this data using the Microsoft SQL services and PowerBI.

Some examples of the projects Jelle has worked on include building the financial reporting in PowerBI using data from Business Central (Part of MS Dynamics), developing SSIS packages to import/export data from/to clients, and building operational reports in PowerBI which allow team coaches to manage their call agents based on several KPIs such as call handle times, illness%, quality scores and productivity measures.

Jelle Vanhoorne has a postgraduate degree in big data and analytics in business and management from KU Leuven, as well as a postgraduate degree in business analysis from UC Leuven-Limburg. Jelle also has a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from KU Leuven, and a certification in economics from Heilig Graf Instituut Bilzen. In addition, they are certified by Microsoft in both Azure Data Fundamentals and Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.
