Patrick Otzer

Patrick Otzer is a planner at Callexcell. Patrick previously worked as an installation engineer at Avaya from January 2001 to December 2002. There, they were responsible for programming, problem solving, and maintenance of existing telephone exchanges. Patrick also worked as a supervisor at IPG from January 2002 to December 2008, where they supervised the Belgacom Project and was responsible for leading 20 agents, giving training on 'call-handling', and resolve technical problems in the 'first line'. Patrick also assisted with the Pan-European Project, which was an inside sales service for Europe with 10 native languages inhouse. Lastly, they worked at PMC from January 2010 to December 2012 as an operations and dispatching manager, where they were responsible for all national shipments for a courier service.

Patrick Otzer has a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Provincial Institute for Agriculture and Horticulture.
