Pranav Bhatnagar

Pranav Bhatnagar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and digital marketing. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at CallHippo since July 2024, Pranav previously held the same title at Harmonize from 2018 to June 2024. Prior to that, Pranav was the Head Of Digital Marketing at Jamboree Education Private Limited during 2017-2018. Career beginnings included a Research Associate role at the Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology from 2014 to 2017, followed by a position as a Customer Evangelist at SlideShare (a LinkedIn company) from 2009 to 2012, and a Senior AdWords Representative at Google from 2007 to 2009. Pranav holds a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from Jobs for Politics and Economics, completed in 2014.
