Badari Narayan has worked in the sales and marketing industry since 2008. In 2008, they began as a Senior Customer Service Representative for Firstsource, working for the process called "Foxtel". In 2010, they began freelancing as a Web Designing, Online Branding & Marketing Strategist. In 2011, they were a Sales Manager for an online marketing company and a Co Founder & Managing Director for WebXperia Pty Ltd. In 2015, they joined Replicon as a Team Lead - Sales Development Team and a Subject Matter Expert - Inside Sales. In 2017, they became a Senior Sales Account Executive for Anvizent and in 2018, they were a Manager Inside Sales for CallHub.

Badari Narayan completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Computer Software Engineering from East West Institute of Technology between 2004 and 2008.
