Tarun Gulati has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Tarun started their career at Kayako in 2011 as a Software Support Engineer and later became a Technical Advocate, where they managed chat and email flow and provided technical assistance to customers. In 2017, Tarun joined PISoftek Ltd. as a Senior Application Support Specialist for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Tarun then moved to Komodo Platform in 2017 as an Application Support Specialist, where they helped users understand cryptocurrency and resolved customer queries through various channels. Currently, Tarun works at CallHub as a Product Specialist and Team Lead since 2018. Their role includes leading a team and ensuring the successful implementation and usage of the company's product.

Tarun Gulati's education history started with obtaining an O' Level degree in Information Technology from DOEACC in 2001-2002. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Punjab Technical University, graduating in 2009. Additionally, Tarun Gulati obtained an ITIL Foundation certification from Axelos, and also completed the same certification from Simplilearn in March 2017.
