Mark Biddle

Mark Biddle has extensive experience in IT management roles. Mark started their career in 1995 as an IT Manager at SmithKline Beecham, where they worked until 2000. Mark then joined Becton Dickinson (BD) and held various positions, including IT Manager for the Nordic region and IT Manager for the United Kingdom and Ireland. In 2008, Biddle became the Service Delivery Leader for EMEA at BD, responsible for implementing global IT processes and managing a team of over 40 employees. In 2015, they took on the role of Global Service Portfolio Manager at BD and implemented a global IT service catalog. Biddle later joined Recipharm as the Head of IT Infrastructure Services, where they transformed the organization into a service-based delivery organization. Most recently, they became the Global CIO of Calliditas Therapeutics AB in 2022. Throughout their career, Biddle has focused on driving digitalization, innovation, and business partnerships to deliver value-driven IT solutions.

Mark Biddle attended Celcius Skolan from 1985 to 1987, where they obtained a degree in Gymnasium with a focus on Finance and Marketing. Mark then continued their education at Celcius Skolan from 1987 to 1988, earning another degree in IT and business language, known as Efter Gymnasial. In addition, Mark has obtained certifications such as Certified CIO from DF Kompetens and ITIL Foundation v3 from DF Certifiering AB in 2021 and 2013, respectively.
