Victoria Nikander

Victoria Nikander has extensive work experience in finance and controlling roles. Victoria is currently working as a Business Controller R&D at Calliditas Therapeutics since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Sobi - Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (publ) from March 2018 to August 2022, initially as a Business Controller and then as a Project Manager in Medical & Scientific Affairs. Victoria also took a travel break from October to December 2017.

Before joining Sobi, they worked at Abbott Diabetes Care from 2004 to 2017. Victoria'sroles at Abbott included Financial Controller & Head of Commercial Excellence, Germany from February 2016 to August 2017, and Financial Reporting & Demand Manager, EMEA from June 2013 to January 2016. Prior to that, they held various finance roles such as Regional Finance Controller, Regional Finance Manager, Finance Manager, and Financial Analyst in different regions and countries. Overall, Victoria has a strong background in financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis in the healthcare industry.

Victoria Nikander attended Lund University from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a M.Sc. degree in Sociology. Victoria then enrolled at IHM Business School in 2004, studying Business Finance for a year.
