Deepanti Kavi began their career in 2010 as a Relationship Manager at the Indian Institute of Planning & Management (IIPM). There, they were responsible for counseling students for Management Studies, handling teams, and coordinating with other branches. In 2013, they moved to the Thadomal Shahani Centre For Management (TSCFM) as a Senior Counselor, where they counseled students for the PGDBM & PDREM programs and handled walk-ins at the center. In 2015, Deepanti joined Eazyhire as the Head of Product, where they worked on the fastest growing fixed-fee money-back guarantee placement firm focused in the Startups hiring space. In 2016, they moved to Callify.ai as the Chief Operating Officer, Head of Customer Experience, and Head of Product. In their roles, they worked on a Smart Calling Platform for Recruiters and Reckrut.com, an automated personal recruiter. Deepanti was successful in delivering over 600 hiring mandates and was eventually acquired in March 2016.

Deepanti Kavi completed their Bachelor's in Management Studies (B.M.S) from Patkar College in 2010, after studying Commerce. Deepanti completed their Higher Secondary Studies from Bhavans College in 2007, after studying Science Stream. Deepanti completed their Secondary Studies from Bombay Cambridge School in 2005.
