Roxana R.

Roxana R. has a diverse range of work experience in data analysis, research, and teaching. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Climbing Instructor at Stone Gardens until 2020. In 2016, they also worked as a Stream Temperature Data Analyst for the U.S. Forest Service and as a Beach Ranger/Naturalist for the City of Edmonds.

Roxana's academic career includes multiple roles at the University of Washington. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Graduate Student Research Assistant, Teaching Assistant, and Crew Lead. In 2018, they contributed to the Stream Temperature Handbook for the Climate Impacts Group. Roxana'sresearch experience continued with a role as a Research Analyst at the University of Washington from 2019 to 2020.

In the data analytics field, Roxana worked as a Data Analyst for Decisive Data from 2020 to 2021, and then transitioned to Calligo in 2021. At Calligo, they initially served as a Data Analyst and later became the Data Analytics Team Lead in January 2022.

Roxana R. obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Evolution, Ecology, and Conservation Biology, with minors in Mathematics and Marine Biology, from the University of Washington. Roxana attended the university from 2010 to 2014.

Later, Roxana pursued a Masters degree in the School of Environmental and Forestry Sciences at the University of Washington from 2017 to 2019.

In addition to their academic achievements, Roxana obtained several certifications. In November 2013, they obtained the Washington State Boater Education Card from Washington State Parks. In February 2018, they obtained their Driver's License from the Washington State Department of Licensing. Furthermore, they became a Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate in October 2021. Lastly, in November 2017, they obtained the First Aid CPR AED certification from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association.
