Heatherjean MacNeil

Heatherjean MacNeil, Ph.D., currently serves as the Executive Director at Calling All Crows since December 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Visiting Faculty in Organizational Behavior at Northeastern University and Senior Vice President of Strategy and Client Solutions at Orange Grove Consulting, which focuses on women's leadership training and organizational change. Additionally, Heatherjean was a PhD Fellow in Organizations and Social Change at the University of Massachusetts Boston, where the dissertation explored entrepreneurship through feminist research methods. Earlier career highlights include co-founding Babson's WIN Lab and leading the Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership. Heatherjean's educational background encompasses a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship and Organizational Behavior from UMass Boston, an MBA from Simmons University, and an International Bachelor of Arts from Marlboro College.
