Larry Arjona has worked in the customer service industry since 2013. Larry began their career at Convergys as a Team Leader. In 2015, they joined Concentrix as a Productivity Lead, where they conducted Client reviews and handled escalations from the clients regarding Productivity concerns, balanced Client value Metrics with Operation Goals, managed a group of Intraday associates from multiple Sites, and attended weekly Capacity calls to discuss Capacity and propose future classes and other capacity assumptions. In 2019, they moved to APTUS Global Solutions as a Senior Service Delivery Manager. In 2020, they returned to Concentrix as an Operations Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Callmax Solutions as a Senior Operations Manager and Senior Account Manager.
