Brandon Franks

Brandon Franks has extensive experience in IT leadership roles, currently serving as Senior Director of Support at CallMiner since November 2014, where previous positions included Director of Support and Enterprise Support Manager. Brandon also operates as an IT Consultant independently since January 2013. Prior to CallMiner, Brandon was Director of IT Infrastructure at Credible, overseeing the operational availability of an EMR/EHR SaaS solution, and Director of IT at 38 Studios, LLC, where Brandon developed and expanded IT infrastructure from the pre-startup phase through to the company's conclusion. Brandon's early career included roles such as IT Manager at The Engineering Institute, where numerous IT projects facilitated a new profit center, and Application Programmer at the University of Arkansas, focusing on robust and secure online applications. Brandon began their career as a QA Technician/QC Manager in civil engineering. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
