Denise Fortune

Denise Fortune is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software quality assurance and testing. Currently serving as a Software Quality Assurance Manager at CallMiner since June 2017, Denise previously held positions as a Software QA Engineer and QA Analyst at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc., where responsibilities included detailed reviews and testing of tax preparation systems utilizing Agile methodology. Prior to this, Denise was a QA Coordinator/Application Support at Source Interlink Media, managing testing projects and creating standardized documentation, and also had a background in accounting support at both Source Interlink Companies and General Electric. Denise holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Process Improvement from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Studies from Florida State University.
