Kevin Van Swearingen has a diverse and extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Kevin'smost recent role was as the Director of Permian Operations at Callon Petroleum, where they led a team of 6 and managed various aspects of Delaware and Midland basin operations. Kevin focused on safety, efficiency, and optimization to drive operational excellence. Kevin also specialized in designing artificial lift applications and utilized SCADA systems for optimization.

Kevin's earlier experiences include roles at Devon Energy as a Drilling Engineer, Reservoir Engineer, and Completions & Production Engineer. Kevin gained field experience in East Texas and North Louisiana, managed gas fields, and conducted field-wide studies.
