Carl Thomas has held a variety of roles in the sales and marketing industry since 1995. Carl began their career as a Business Development Representative at Coca-Cola Enterprises, where they were responsible for performing both call center and outside sales marketing beverage products. Carl successfully developed and maintained 800+ accounts in Maryland and New York. In 2000, Carl moved to TEKsystems, where they provided training to corporate and field office personnel for a telecommunications staffing company. Carl served as the corporate contact for Dallas/Ft. Worth office and trained staff in other field offices. From 2002 to 2004, Carl worked as a Store Manager at Storehouse Furniture, where they managed and supervised 9 employees in a 6,000 sq. ft. contemporary, upscale furniture store, and was Manager of the Month winner 5 times. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as an Assistant Branch Manager at Havertys Furniture, where they managed and supervised 14 sales representatives, 2 sales managers, and 4 office staff for a 40,000 sq. ft. traditional furniture store with $10 million in annual sales. Carl then moved to American Signature Inc. as a Furniture Sales Consultant. In 2017, they took on the role of Corporate Sales at Acton Mobile. Most recently, Carl has been working as an Inside Sales Representative at WillScot since 2011. Carl is currently a Business Development Representative at CallTrackingMetrics since 2021.

Carl Thomas attended the Community College of Baltimore County, studying Business Administration.
