Mohammed Ahmed Shaikh began their work experience as an Internship Trainee at Gandour in November 2018, where they worked until March 2019. Mohammed Ahmed then joined the Nutrition & Diet Center (NDC) - Saudi Arabia as a Quality Control Inspector in March 2020 and stayed until February 2023. From May 2023, Mohammed is currently working as a Quality Controller at Calo Inc.

Mohammed Ahmed Shaikh attended Queens College of Food Technology and Research Foundation from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Food Technology and Processing. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications. In October 2022, they achieved a certification as a Food Safety Supervisor (Retail and Distribution) from the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. In May 2021, they obtained a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point - Level 3 certification from SGS.
