Steve Webb

Steve Webb (Chartered FCIPD) is an experienced HR professional with a diverse work history spanning over several decades. Steve has held various senior HR roles at BT from 2004 to 2020, including the positions of Head of HR - BT Fleet and Digital Learning and Knowledge Management Specialist. From 2020 to 2022, they served as the Human Resources Director and Director People & Culture at Enreach UK. In 2022, they joined Calor Gas as the Strategic People Experience Partner before being appointed as the Chief People Officer (interim) in 2023. Prior to their roles at BT and Enreach UK, Steve worked as the Managing Consultant at MaximumHR and as the Senior HR Manager at Softlab. Steve began their career in 1994 as an HR Manager at AAH Meditel, where they worked until 1999.

Steve Webb (Chartered FCIPD) attended Coventry University, where they obtained a degree in an unspecified field of study. Steve has also obtained additional certifications, including SHL level A/B Testing from SHL in 2008 and the Core Strengths facilitator certification from Core Strengths.
