Jack Hompland

Jack Hompland is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in project management and maintenance optimization. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at McCain Foods since July 2021, Jack oversees engineering operations and enhances plant maintenance practices. Prior roles include Manager of Project Engineering and Sr. Reliability Engineer at CalPortland, where responsibilities encompassed construction management and predictive maintenance across the corporation. Jack also contributed to MillerCoors as Asset Care Engineer, focusing on maintenance and performance improvement for high-speed packaging lines, and worked as Reliability Engineer at CEMEX, managing maintenance for a large cement plant. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho, earned in 2006.
