Elvia Soukup has over 29 years of experience in the banking industry. Elvia currently serves as the SVP, Director of Specialty Banking at CalPrivate Bank, where they partner with attorneys and fiduciaries to support their clients' banking needs. Elvia also works with non-profit organizations and foundations, providing tailored banking solutions and volunteering support.

Prior to their current role, Elvia held various positions at Manufacturers Bank, California Bank & Trust, Bank of the West, Sterling Equity Mortgage, Inc, Union Bank, and Bank of America. These roles included managing teams, expanding client portfolios, generating new business, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. Elvia has expertise in nonprofit banking, trust and estate banking, business banking, sales management, and mortgage lending. Elvia Soukup has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Los Angeles. Elvia also attended UCLA Extension and obtained a certificate in Credit Analysis & Business Management. In addition, Elvia attended the Academy of Finance and the Business Industry School where they studied Finance, specifically Finance and Banking. Elvia completed their high school education at Los Angeles High School, earning a diploma in General Studies. Elvia has also obtained several certifications, including Basic Administrative Duties of a Trustee from the American Bankers Association, Notary Public from the California National Notary Association, and certifications in various lending and treasury/cash management areas.
