Mandar Salvi

Mandar Salvi has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2000 with Wipro Technologies. Mandar held various roles at Wipro, including Project Engineer, Project Lead, and Onsite Coordinator. From 2006 to 2013, they worked as a Project Manager and Onsite Coordinator for Konami Gaming at Wipro Technologies.

In 2014, Salvi joined Calsoft as a Senior Engineering Manager. Mandar then progressed to roles such as Associate Director, Director, and Senior Director of Engineering. From 2015 to 2016, they also served as an Associate Director in Account Management, where they focused on developing account strategies and creating efficient business processes. In 2019, Salvi became a Director of Engineering, and in 2021, they were promoted to Associate Vice President of Engineering. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Engineering and Head of Engineering Delivery at Calsoft.

Mandar Salvi obtained a BE degree in Computer Science IT from the University of Mumbai from 1996 to 2000. In 2013, they attended the International Program for Management Executives at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. Mandar also briefly studied at ESCP Business School in Europe (Paris & Berlin) in the same year. In August 2014, Mandar obtained a certification in CSM from Scrum Alliance. Mandar previously attended Parle Tilak Vidyalaya English Medium from 1984 to 1994, however, no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
