Rakhi Sinha

Rakhi Sinha, ACC, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources in the IT and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Calsoft since October 2021, Rakhi manages HR across five locations and has implemented significant organizational transformation initiatives. Prior to Calsoft, Rakhi held the position of Head HR at Neilsoft Limited, focusing on leadership and employee engagement, and served as Business HR Head at HCL, overseeing the integration of the Geometric and HCL merger.
