Shilpa Bukka has over 15 years of work experience in the technology industry. Shilpa is currently working as a Senior Lead UX Designer at Calsoft, where they are responsible for ensuring the quality of design deliverables and creating meaningful solutions for customers. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Lead-UX Specialist at Calsoft, where they contributed to the development and implementation of UX strategies.

Before joining Calsoft, Shilpa worked at AdyahAdvizors as a UX/UI Designer, Web App Solution Specialist, Digital Marketing Strategist, and Content Writer. In this role, they were involved in creating web solutions, translating user ideas into visual designs, and publishing them on digital platforms.

Shilpa also has experience working at Tavant, Tech Mahindra, Thomson Reuters, and Mahindra Satyam in various QA and software engineering roles. These experiences have equipped their with a strong background in quality assurance and software development.
