Adam MacDonald

Adam MacDonald is an accomplished aerospace professional with extensive experience in flight test and business development. Currently serving as Senior Director at Calspan Flight Test since June 2022, Adam previously held positions including Senior Business Development Account Executive at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions and Director of Air Force and Tactical Air Systems Business Development at AeroVironment. Adam's earlier roles include Experimental Test & Engineering Pilot at the 46th Operations Group, Advisor to the Iraqi Air Force Director of Operations, and Director of Education and Technical Director at the US Air Force Test Pilot School. Adam commanded the F-15 Test and Evaluation Flight at the 445th Flight Test Squadron. Adam holds a PhD in Laser Radar and Advanced RF Radar Design, and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
