Laurie Brinkerhoff is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in overseeing HR operations and strategic workforce planning for organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Calspan Corporation since January 2016, Laurie manages employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance for over 600 employees. Previous roles include Sr. Manager of Human Resources at Calspan Corporation, and Practice Plan Administrator and Human Resource Manager at UBMD Ophthalmology, among others. Laurie has also provided consultative HR services as a Human Resource Consultant for Benefit Brokers of WNY and owned Office A La Carte, delivering comprehensive business support to small and mid-sized companies.
