Jovan Owens

Jovan is the Events Manager at CALSTART. He brings to the organization an extensive background in the special events industry. Jovan has planned diverse events in the nonprofit, corporate, entertainment and transportation sectors. He enjoys planning and cultivating unique experiences for event participants.

Jovan holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
