Larrée Carnes

Larrée leads all people functions to include organizational planning, training & development, talent acquisition, compensation, onboarding, compliance and performance management. Her focus is on developing strategic plans and programs specifically related to the betterment of the employee experience at CALSTART. Larrée is a professional with 20 plus years’ experience with fortune 500 companies, encompassing strategic HR partnership, executive coaching, and talent acquisition. Larrée has worked with companies such as The Walt Disney Company, Ernst & Young, Georgia Pacific, and Amgen.

Prior to joining CALSTART, she was a Manager, HR Business Partner for the Walt Disney Company where she managed HR for the Licensing business which was a $1billion division of the company. Prior to that role, Larrée managed Talent Acquisition for large fortune 100 companies like Disney, Georgia-Pacific, Amgen as well as regionally for Ernst & Young.

Larrée has a bachelor’s degree in Communications from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California where she was a cheerleader, homecoming princess, and was selected to be a Presidential Hostess.
