Lillian Liu

Lillian joined CALSTART in October 2021 as a Project Manager based in California. She works on CALSTART’s Vehicle Dealer Training team, which is part of HVIP.

Prior to joining CALSTART, Lillian worked as a Legislative Aide and was a Jesse M. Unruh Assembly Fellow at the California State Assembly. There, she served as a lead staffer on a myriad of policy areas and passed legislation pertaining to clean energy, clean transportation, environmental health, and creating a circular economy for plastics.

She holds a BA from the University of San Francisco where she majored in Communication Studies and minored in Environmental Studies.
