Lynn Bashaw Cia

Lynn Bashaw CIA, CISA currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Risk Management & Compliance Services at CalSTRS since November 2022. Previous experience includes roles as Assistant City Auditor and Senior Auditor for the City of Sacramento from May 2013 to November 2022, as well as positions as an Internal Auditor at California Earthquake Authority/Robert Half, Golden 1 Credit Union, and Global Credit Union. Lynn also worked as a Credit Union Examiner at the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) and as a Financial Services Representative at E*TRADE from Morgan Stanley. Lynn holds a Master of Legal Studies from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, an MBA in Management from Western Illinois University, and a B.A. in Economics from California State University-Sacramento.
