Jenny H. Lin

Jenny H. Lin is a seasoned professional in real estate and urban planning, currently serving as the Manager of Real Estate and TOD Planning at Caltrain since November 2024. Prior to this role, Jenny held various leadership positions at Economic & Planning Systems, Inc., including Vice President and Senior Associate, and served in the City Manager’s Office for the City of Redwood City. With experience as a Development Manager and Associate at City Ventures, LLC, and prior roles at Economic & Planning Systems, Jenny began their career as a Marketing Assistant at PlaceWorks and has held research and intern positions at the Transportation Sustainability Research Center and San Mateo County. Jenny holds a Master of Real Estate Development + Design from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies/Planning from the same institution.
