Nadine Fogarty

Nadine Fogarty serves as the Director of Real Estate and Transit Oriented Development at Caltrain, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of real estate and TOD policies, leading project phases, securing entitlements, and negotiating agreements. Prior to Caltrain, Nadine held the position of Principal and Vice President at Strategic Economics, acting as Principal-in-Charge and Lead Economist for various consulting projects across the U.S. Additionally, Nadine worked at Economics Research Associates Inc. as Principal, Senior Associate, and Associate, managing economic consulting assignments for both public and private clients in the U.S. and Latin America. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and a Master in City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of California, Berkeley.
