Jennifer Gordillo Phr

Jennifer Gordillo, PHR, SPHR has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Jennifer began their career at CIGNA as a Dental Underwriter from February 2000 to July 2004. Jennifer then worked at UnitedHealth Group as a Senior Underwriter from July 2004 to September 2005. After that, they joined Mercer Health & Benefits as an Associate from September 2005 to July 2006.

In 2006, Jennifer joined Lockton Companies as an Account Manager, where they worked until March 2009. Jennifer then joined USI Insurance Services as a Benefits Service Specialist from April 2009 to February 2010, and later became a Sales Coordinator from February 2010 to June 2010.

In 2010, Jennifer worked at Frank Crystal & Company as an Account Executive from September 2010 to December 2011. This was followed by a role at Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale, where they held various positions. Jennifer worked as a Benefits Manager from November 2011 to January 2016, and later became the Director of Human Resources from January 2015 (current position). In these roles, Jennifer was responsible for managing the Human Resources Department, developing and implementing performance evaluation programs, and providing strategic perspective for staffing needs and changes. Jennifer also oversaw benefits administration, research and implementation of benefit programs, and acted as a liaison between companies.

Jennifer Gordillo, PHR, SPHR completed their education history as follows. Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Administration from Florida Atlantic University from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Piper High School and earned their High School Diploma from 1988 to 1991.

In addition to their educational background, they have also obtained several certifications. In December 2003, they became an Insurance Agent for Life Health and Variable Annuities, certified by the Department of Insurance in Florida. Later, in January 2016, Jennifer obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), followed by the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification in March 2019, also from HRCI.
