Damien Bruce serves as the National Chief Executive Officer at Calvary Health Care since September 2025. Prior to this role, Damien held various positions at McKinsey & Company from June 2005 to August 2025, including Senior Partner and Asia Health & Public Sector Practice Leader, as well as Partner and Australian Healthcare Practice Leader. Earlier in the career, Damien worked as a Solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills from March 2000 to July 2003. Academic qualifications include an MBA from London Business School and the completion of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program, both attained between 2003 and 2005, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Monash University, completed from 1994 to 1999.
