Mark Eagleston

Mark Eagleston is an experienced professional in the retirement living and aged care sectors, currently serving as the National Advisor for Retirement Living at Calvary Health Care since December 2023. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Chief of Retirement Living at Respect from December 2022 to January 2024, overseeing care and community services for seniors. Previous roles include Regional General Manager of Aged Care at Regis Aged Care and Founder of Retire with Ease, showcasing a strong history of leadership in aged care management. Mark's career encompasses significant contributions at Aveo Group as a Group Community Manager, and earlier positions at the Pet Industry Association, Ingenia Communities Group, MRE (Qld) Enterprises, and the Retirement Village Association. Mark holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Communications from Western Sydney University and has further education from Mt Eliza Business School.
