Kevin Fanfoni

Kevin Fanfoni has extensive experience in the field of impact investing. Kevin has worked at SNL Financial as an Analyst in M&A and currently holds the position of Director of Investments at Calvert Impact Capital. Throughout their career, Kevin has originated over $150MM in new impact investments, including loans and credit facilities for affordable housing developers and projects. Kevin has also been involved in structured debt facilities and syndicated debt facilities for preserving affordable housing and supporting non-profit developers. In addition, Kevin has held positions as a Risk Officer, Senior Portfolio Associate, and Portfolio Associate at Calvert Social Investment Foundation, Inc.
