Kelly Weeks Rechen

Kelly Weeks Rechen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive support and project management. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief of Staff at Calvert Research and Management since May 2017, Kelly has also held roles such as Project Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO and President. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the President at Landow & Co. Management and holding budget and financial roles at the District of Columbia Public Schools Office of Food and Nutrition Services. Additional positions include Account Executive at Diamond Mind and various roles at Boland Trane, including Direct Sales Assistant and Lead Program Coordinator. Earlier in the career, Kelly worked as a Project Administrator at Trane New Jersey & New York. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
