Bcc Jared Hamilton

Jared Hamilton has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jared began their career in 2001 as an Athletic Director and Head Baseball Coach at Central Christian College of Kansas. Jared later moved to Sterling College, where they served as the Head Baseball Coach from 2007 to 2011. In 2010, they also worked as a Showcase Director at All-American Baseball Showcases.

In 2011, Jared joined Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline, where they held various roles, including Operations Team Lead, Manager of Human Resources, and eventually Director of Human Resources until 2019.

Following their time at Southern Star, Jared transitioned to Calvetti Ferguson, working as a Human Resources Director from 2019 to 2022. Jared then advanced to the position of Executive Director of HR and People Development.

In 2022, Jared launched their own venture, Hamilton Executive Coaching, where they currently work as an Executive Coach.

Throughout their career, Jared has gained a wealth of experience in HR, coaching, and leadership development.

Jared Hamilton, BCC, has a diverse educational background. Jared obtained their Board Certified Coach (BCC) certification from the Center For Credentialing & Education in December 2020. In the following year, from 2020 to 2021, Jared attended the College of Executive Coaching where they focused on Executive Coaching as their field of study. Jared also obtained the EQ-i 2.0 Coaching Certification from the same institution in April 2021. Prior to these certifications, Jared earned a Master of Sport Science degree in Sport Management from the United States Sports Academy from 2002 to 2004. Their educational journey started at Sterling College, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from 1994 to 1998. Overall, Jared's education history highlights their ongoing commitment to professional development and acquiring knowledge in various fields.
