Tim Chen

Tim Chen started their work experience in 2012 as an Intern of Flyer Education Program at HTC, where they designed online chemistry courses and established laboratory projects. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Taiwanese Executive Committee Chair at Taiwan-America Student Conference Association, fundraising and establishing cooperation projects. In 2017, Tim co-founded The World in Your Classroom - Taiwan, overseeing operations, marketing strategies, and promoting the program to schools. Since 2018, they have worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Calyx.

Tim Chen completed their education at National Taiwan University. Tim obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering in 2014, followed by a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Electrochemical Biosensor Development from 2014 to 2016. In terms of certifications, they acquired a TOEFL-iBT score of 113 from the Educational Testing Service (ETS) in January 2014. Additionally, they have certifications in CEFR - C1 level from Cambridge English Language Assessment and TOEIC score of 965 from ETS, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
