Christophe Wielgosik

Christophe Wielgosik has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 1995 with Unilever, where they held the roles of Corporate Auditor and Human Resources Manager. In 2001, they moved to Sony Europe, where they were the Compensation and Benefits Manager and Training and Development Manager. In 2004, they joined Schneider Electric, where they held the roles of Vice President Talent Management France, Vice President Human Resources Middle East, People Development Director Asia Pacific, and Human Resources Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Chief Human Resources Officer at Calyxia.

Christophe Wielgosik has studied Gestion des ressources humaines / administration du personnel, général at Sciences Po. Christophe is currently enrolled in an Executive Master program in Innovation & New technologies at École Polytechnique, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
