Caroline Biverman

Caroline Biverman has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent position as Head of Talent Acquisition and Co-founder at Camai Consulting AB, where they focus on offering committed consultants in operations, infrastructure, and support. Prior to that, they served as Head of Recruitment at Human IT Sverige, responsible for the recruitment department and achieving recruitment goals. Caroline also worked as Head of Recruitment and Teamleader at Centric Sweden, overseeing the recruitment process and maintaining goals and quality. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Store Manager at Jackieshops and Guess Europe Sagl, responsible for managing flagship stores and achieving sales targets. Caroline also worked in sales roles at Prada Group and Åhléns AB. Caroline's career began as a Hairdresser at Hårgänget, where they received training in cutting, styling, and makeup, among other techniques.

Caroline Biverman started their education history by attending High School, where they completed their graduation in 2012 and received an Exam degree. Following that, from 2012 to 2013, they participated in the Sassoon Cutting Course at Hårgänget, focusing on becoming a trainee in Sassoon techniques. In 2015, they enrolled in the Entrepreneur School and completed a Certified Management/Leadership degree with a specialization in Management in 2016.
