Nicolás Lozada Pimiento is a distinguished legal professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in international trade, arbitration, and legal education. As the Chief Executive Officer of Redek since June 2021, Nicolás leads a Colombian startup focused on electronic dispute resolution platforms. In addition to serving as a Partner at RINCON-CUELLAR & ASOCIADOS, Nicolás oversees the international trade practice and advises various corporations. Nicolás has an established academic presence as an Associate Professor at Universidad Externado de Colombia, specializing in International Commercial Law, and plays a key role in judicial innovation as Coordinator of the ODR Committee for Asociación Colombiana de Legal Tech. As an arbitrator for multiple chambers of commerce and the Madrid Court of Arbitration, Nicolás brings expertise across diverse legal specializations.
