Catarina Jesus

Catarina Jesus is an experienced social worker with a robust background in various social service roles. Currently employed at Câmara Municipal da Amadora since May 2019, Catarina focuses on social intervention and specialized services for victims of violence. Prior experiences include supporting psychosocial integration at APDP Diabetes, providing social assistance to families in need at Cáritas Paroquial de Vila Franca de Xira, and handling employee support at Jerónimo Martins. Additionally, Catarina completed internships at Hospital de São José and Hospital de Santa Maria, gaining valuable experience in social support for patients and their families. Catarina holds a Master's degree in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, along with a technical course in victim support from Instituto CRIAP.
